A mitumba bale is a compressed package of second-hand clothing, footwear or another category sold in bulk. Resellers open and sort the stock, then sell individual items in shops, markets or online.
Do all bales contain the same clothes?
No. Brands, sizes, colours and individual pieces vary. A video shows representative stock. Any weight or piece estimate should be confirmed for the specific bale before buying.
Can I see the stock before ordering?
Yes. Browse our supplied photos and videos, or ask on WhatsApp for current media of the category you want. Confirm your collection arrangements before travelling to Gikomba.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Delivery can be arranged to supported towns in Kenya. The method, cost and timing depend on your town and order size. We confirm these details before payment.
Which bale should I choose as a beginner?
